| DDK Resharpening Services |
Delaware Diamond Knives offers a resharpening service for all tungsten carbide knives. We take your knives and restore the edges to the same quality as new with our specialized equipment and procedures. All angles are returned to factory specifications so all knives perform the same at the microtome. The aesthetic characteristics of your knife are also considered. Corrosion of tool steel parts is brushed out, epoxy joints are repaired and your box is cleaned and repaired if necessary. Each tungsten carbide knife, new or resharpened, is marked with a serial number and data regarding its characteristics is stored in our computer. Should there ever be a question about your knife's performance, give us a call. We have the information and experience necessary to answer your questions and help you with your problems.
Due to the nature of the Triangular Tungsten Carbide Blade, with their high utility relative to cost, it is uneconomical to resharpen. Replacement blade packs are offered at attractive prices relative to the cost, time and space required to produce quality glass knives. |
